A missional ecosystem
Union is a movement of planters, churches, pastors, mentors, scholars and donors, all working to see reformation in Christ’s church worldwide. To see Christ’s church grow healthily, we not only need new leaders, but we need those leaders to be supported in the long term. Union’s ministries function together as a missional ecosystem.

Gospel-hearted theological training
We train men and women who truly love God and desire to serve his church through UST courses. Thanks to the many flexible study pathways on offer, the majority of our students combine robust theological training with active local church ministry.
Learning Communities
Our growing network of Learning Communities enables new leaders to train and grow in the context of their local churches. We help our Learning Communities connect with potential sources of funding so that leaders are raised up, trained and deployed in their local contexts.
Funding
We help churches, leaders and networks who are benefitting from our training access potential funding to plant and grow new churches and to revitalise dwindling congregations. For more information on submitting a proposal, follow link below.
Long-term support
We raise prayer support for the church plants that receive funds. From books to audio talks to podcasts to videos, Union Publishing produces and distributes resources to help leaders and their churches delight in God and grow in Christ.
Networking opportunities
Church leadership can be isolating and draining. We gather like-minded believers together to spur one another on with resources, conferences and more.
